Synopsis:

In the early 1990s, Connor MacLeod helps construct a worldwide energy shield to replace the failing ozone layer. It's a success but 25 years later the shield becomes the problem as it is draining the world's resources. Amidst the misery of a bleak society, terrorist Louise wants an aging MacLeod to help destroy the shield. But MacLeod is facing his own battles with new enemies from his home world of Zeist.
